Sisyphus II LLC is a Washington State Limited Liability Corporation designed to produce, publicize, and distribute one feature-length film.

The company objective is to:

  1. Make a profitable independent feature-length film with the working title, Marrow.
  2. To distribute the film nationally and internationally through the film festival circuit, movie theaters, DVD sales and the internet.

The company is designed to do the following:

  1. Raise grants and private funds for production.
  2. Produce the film from start-to-finish.
  3. Represent the movie in all markets for distribution, and Internet/DVD sales and rentals.

Investors will be regularly updated on production, publicity and distributions throughout the filmmaking and distribution process.

We are able to take tax-deductible donations through the Northwest Film Forum’s 501(c)3 umbrella program.

Donation Levels and Rewards

  1. $50 — DVD of Marrow autographed by Matt Wilkins.
  2. $100— DVD of Marrow autographed by the entire cast and crew.
  3. $250—
    1. An invitation to the wrap party.
    2. DVD of Marrow autographed by the entire cast and crew.
  4. $500—
    1. Your name in the closing credits of the film listed as “Patron.”
    2. An invitation to the wrap party.
    3. DVD of Marrow autographed by the entire cast and crew.
  5. $1000—
    1. A role as an extra in the film to be determined by the Director.
    2. Your name in the closing credits of the film listed as “Benefactor.”
    3. An invitation to the wrap party.
    4. DVD of Marrow autographed by the entire cast and crew.

All donations are tax-deductible through the Northwest Film Forum’s Fiscal Sponsorship program. All tax-deductible donations should be made payable to Northwest Film Forum, who will receive 5% of the donation for administrative services.
